Hold a place in your heart for all your favorite love stories with handmade valentine clips!

  • Make Your Heart Flip: Classic love stories like Pride and Prejudice, Romeo & Juliet, and The Princess Bride are sketched into global history and pop culture! Choose a book or play to read as a class to discuss how the love stories align with the culture and history of those time periods.
  • Genres of Love: One of the best parts of literature is falling in love with the characters! Books like Little Women, The Outsiders, and the Harry Potter series give us characters to connect with as we follow their journey. Who are your students’ favorite characters and why?

Encourage your students to cozy up with a novel to spark their love for reading! Whether it’s a classic or modern tale, have your students write a book report explaining what they love about the story. What about the characters, setting, plot, and genre made them like it?
