Instructions
Step 1. Gather your supplies.
Step 2. Fold your Canvas Paper in half to make a card.
Step 3. Stamp a row of green “Z”s across the bottom of your paper. This will be the base of your cake.
Step 4. Using the “I” stamp, create the sides of the cake. We did 3 rows of “I”s in the red ink.
Step 5. Using the same stamp, create a zig zag pattern across the top and bottom of the cake.
Step 6. Stamp 2 hearts in the middle of the cake, between the zig zag pattern.
Step 7. To make frosting for the top of the cake, use the “M” stamp with purple ink.
Step 8. For the candles, we turned the “L” stamp upside down and stamped the candles on the top of the cake.
Step 9. Pour some craft glue on the plate. Gently press the spiral stamp into the glue. Make sure that the Stamp is completely covered in glue. Test the Stamp on the plate by pressing it down several times.
Step 10. Now we will add glittered “flames” to the top of the candles. Press the glue covered Stamp on the card, above one of the candles.
Step 11. Place your stamped card on the scrap paper. Gently shake the Glitter on the stamped card. Tip: Shake off the excess Glitter from the card onto the scrap paper. Tip: fold the paper to funnel the Glitter back into the container.
Step 12. Repeat to add flames to all the candles. Use Glitter Glue to finish decorating your card. You can also use the stamps to create a happy birthday message inside the card. |
