Sequin Iguana

Create a sparkling, scaly Iguana with just paint, glue and sequins!
Did you know… If a predator grabs them by the tail, Iguanas can detach a part of it to escape! The broken tail will regrow over time.

Instructions
Step 1.
- Print the downloadable template, above, and cut out. Trace the iguana onto your canvas. The bigger the iguana, the shinier!

Step 2.
- Paint around your shape with a light color to cover the extra pencil marks, and wait until its dry.

- Start sequining! Start by gluing green sequins from the tail and work your way up!

- Add a wiggly eye and use yellow or orange for his spines (the scales that stick up on its back)
TIPS:
-Cut the sequins to fit your outline for a cleaner iguana shape!
–Seal with resin for ultra protection or an expert look!
