Paper Rose Bouquet

Give a handmade bouquet this Valentine’s Day! The red paint dab marker creates the realistic texture of a rose and glitter adds just the right amount of sparkle!
Materials
- Green Fuzzy Sticks
- Glitter Shakers Mega Pack, 12 Assorted Colors
- Paint Dab Markers
- Craft Glue
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Card Stock
Instructions
Step 1. Gather your supplies. | |
Step 2. Draw irregular circles on a piece of card stock, as shown. | |
Step 3. Cut out each circle. | |
Step 4. Using the red paint dab marker, paint both sides of each circle. | |
Step 5. Cut each circle into an irregular spiral. Tip: Move the scissors back and forth and you move the paper in a spiral direction. | |
Step 6. Roll the each circle starting with the outside of the spiral. | |
Step 7. Add a dot of glue to the end of the spiral. | |
Step 8. Squeeze the inside of the spiral and the bottom of the spiral together until the dot of glue is dry and the rose is secure. | |
Step 9. Cut (3) green fuzzy sticks in half. We will need (5) halves for our (5) roses. | |
Step 10. Fold the top of a green fuzzy stick into a right angle and glue it to the bottom of one of your roses. Repeat this step for all of the roses you made. | |
Step 11. Drizzle craft glue over the top of your paper rose. | |
Step 12. Sprinkle glitter over the wet craft glue. | |
Step 13. Twist the fuzzy stick stems of all the roses together to create a bouquet. |
