Beaded Leprechaun Hat

Weave together pony beads following our instructions and create your own Leprechaun hat bead pet for St. Patrick’s Day!

Cut your braiding cord to 60 inches in length. Stiffen both ends by rolling it between your finger with a dab of craft glue. Allow the glue to dry. This will help when threading the beads.

To create Row 2, thread the following through the left-hand string: 6 green beads. Repeat Step 4 to create Row 2.

To secure your key chain, tie a tight double knot at the end of the cord, making sure the knot is snug against the beads. Trim excess thread with scissors. Your leprechaun hat bead pet is now complete!

Step  12.

To create Row 9, thread the following through the left-hand string: (13) green pony beads. Repeat Step 4 to complete Row 9. To secure your key chain, tie a tight double knot at the end of the cord, making sure the knot is snug against the beads. Trim excess thread with scissors. Your leprechaun hat bead pet is now complete!
