To create this braided bead design follow this pattern, cross the left strand over the center strand, thread a bead on the center strand, then cross the right strand over the center strand and repeat. Let’s complete another round to make sure you have the hang of it. Cross the left strand (red) over the center strand (yellow).

Step 8.

Cross the right strand (green) over the center strand (red).

Once you are at your desired length, tie a knot with all three Shoe Lace Cords.

Step 11.

Use scissors to trim cords.

Step 12.

To keep your cords from fraying, dab a little bit of glue onto the ends and roll in your fingers. You have now created a unique braided keychain with the colors of Kwanzaa!
