Step 2.

Draw a basic balloon shape on white card stock. Draw basic shapes inside the balloon which you will decorate with Glitter. Tip: large shapes are easiest to decorate with glitter.

Step 3.

Use your Paintbrush to apply a generous amount of glue on all areas you want to cover with your first color.  For our example, we “painted” the top stripe and balloon basket with the glue for blue glitter.

Step 5.

Shake the excess glitter off the card stock onto your scrap paper. Fold the scrap paper to make a funnel, and gently shake the glitter back into the container. Tip: If glitter did not stick to an area, reapply more glue and pour on more glitter.
