Easy Plaster Tactile Art

Help child practice hand-eye coordination with this fun tactile craft project using Plaster of Paris as a textural art material.
Materials
- 25 Pack Assorted Paint Brushes
- Premium Paint Set, 24 pack
- Jumbo Craft Sticks
- Cardboard
- Water
- Mixing container
- Decoupage Glue
Instructions
Step 1. Gather your supplies.

Mix the plaster in a separate mixing container. For more information on the basics of plaster, click here. |

| Step 3.
Using a Wood Craft Stick, spread a layer of wet plaster on a piece of cardboard. Give your child the Wood Craft Stick and allow him or her to make designs in the plaster. |

| Step 4.
Now you can add color to your textured plaster tile. One idea is to use Colored Craft Activity Sand. Apply color to the tile using your finger. |

| Step 5. Another option to decorate you tile is to use Glitter Paint. Glitter Paint will add an additional type of texture to this fun tactile project. |

| Step 6.
Once your paint is dry, apply decoupage glue over the top in order to seal the materials together. Display these piece of artwork in your home! |
