Coffee Filter Parachute

Send your melty bead people on a wild adventure with a coffee filter parachute!
Materials
- Friendship Thread Basic Colors
- Rainbow Fuzzy Sticks
- Watercolor Paint Palette
- Melty Beads Ultimate Kit
- Coffee Filter
- Craft Glue
- Hole Punch
- Scissors
Instructions
Step 1. Gather your supplies.

| Step 2.
Follow this tutorial to create a melty bead person. |

| Step 3.
Split the coffee filter into six even parts and paint each section a color of the rainbow, as shown. |

| Step 4.
Punch a hole in the six spots that the colors meet, so they are evenly spaced apart. |

| Step 5.
Cut (6) 10″ pieces of white friendship thread. |

| Step 6.
Tie a piece of friendship thread to each of the holes. |

| Step 7.
Cut a black fuzzy stick in half and create what resembles handle bars, with loops for arms. This will be used to attach your melty bead person to the parachute. |

| Step 8.
Wrap all six pieces of thread around the center of the “handle bars” and secure with craft glue. |

| Step 9.
Slip your melty bead person’s arms through the loops and watch him fly! |
