Glue a large wiggly eye in the middle of both circles.

Step 12.

Glue the eyes onto the owl’s head.

Step 13.

Cover the owl’s wings in brown feathers.

Step 14.

Cover the bottom coffee filter and the sides of the middle filter with brown feathers. Leave space in the middle for neon feathers.

Step 15.

Fill in the owl’s chest with neon feathers. We chose to use only pink, yellow and green.

Step 16.

Cover the owl’s face in brown feathers. Make sure you don’t cover the yellow foam completely!

Step 17.

Cut out a small diamond from yellow craft foam, for the owl’s beak.

Step 18.

Glue only the bottom half of the diamond to the owl’s face.

Step 19.

Fold over the top half of the diamond and glue the tip of the top half to the tip of the bottom half, to create a 3D beak.
