1 Black Fuzzy Stick
1 Wiggly Eye

Print out the frog template using the “DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE” button above, then carefully cut out.

Flip the frog over and trace onto your green foam sheet. This ensures that the front of your frog won’t have drawing marks on it!

 

You can also use the printed paper, or construction paper to cut out your frog!

Cut your frog out of the foam.

Follow the center line of the template and cut your frog in half.

Glue the top half of your frog to the top half of the clothespin. Make sure its head is facing the side of the clothespin that opens and closes. This will become its mouth!

Glue the bottom half of your frog to the bottom half of the clothespin.

Cut approximately 1 1/2 inches from a red fuzzy stick and 1 inch from a black fuzzy stick.

Glue the fly to the end of your frog’s tongue!

Glue the end of the red fuzzy stick to the clothespin spring. Be sure to only glue the end so the rest of the red fuzzy stick is free to move and bend!

Your clothespin frog is finished, complete with a surprise fly snack on its tongue!
