Paper Rose Bouquet
Give a handmade bouquet this Valentine’s Day! The red paint dab marker creates the realistic texture of a rose and glitter adds just the right amount of sparkle!
Step 1. Gather your supplies.
Draw irregular circles on a piece of card stock, as shown.
Cut out each circle.
Using the red paint dab marker, paint both sides of each circle.
Cut each circle into an irregular spiral.
Tip: Move the scissors back and forth and you move the paper in a spiral direction.
Roll the each circle starting with the outside of the spiral.
Add a dot of glue to the end of the spiral.
Squeeze the inside of the spiral and the bottom of the spiral together until the dot of glue is dry and the rose is secure.
Cut (3) green fuzzy sticks in half. We will need (5) halves for our (5) roses.
Fold the top of a green fuzzy stick into a right angle and glue it to the bottom of one of your roses. Repeat this step for all of the roses you made.
Drizzle craft glue over the top of your paper rose.
Sprinkle glitter over the wet craft glue.
Twist the fuzzy stick stems of all the roses together to create a bouquet.
