Turn boring wooden clothespins into fun forms of transportation!
Step 1. Gather your supplies.

Step 2. To make the airplane, paint (1) Clothespin blue, and (6) Mini Sticks orange. Let dry.
Step 3. Have an adult use the heavy duty scissors to cut a small angled piece from the end of (1) Mini Stick.
Step 4. To make the wings of the plane, glue (2) Mini Sticks to the top of the Clothespin, and (2) on the bottom. Glue a 5th orange Mini Stick to the bottom open end of the Clothespin to make the tail.
Step 5. Glue the small angled piece, from step 3, to the back for the plane's tail.
Step 6. Cut a white Fuzzy Stick in half and twist together to form an oval. Twist the Fuzzy Stick oval in the middle to form a figure 8, this will be the propeller for the plane.
Step 7. Glue the propeller to the front of the plane (the closed end of the Clothespin). Add a small orange Pom in the middle of the propeller then finish by painting additional designs.
Step 8. To make the boat, paint a Clothespin bright green and allow to dry.
Step 9. To make the sail for the boat, cut (2) identical triangles shapes from a piece of yellow foam.
Step 10. Glue the triangles to either side of (1) Mini Stick then insert into the closed end of the clothespin to create a sail.
Step 11. Finish by painting designs on the boat.
Step 12. To make the car, paint a Clothespin orange. Let dry.
Step 13. Cut a black Fuzzy Stick in (4) equal pieces. Wind each pieces between your figures to create a flat coil. These will become the tires.
Step 14. Glue a tiny yellow pom in the middle of each tire then glue to the orange clothespin.
Step 15. Cut a small piece of white foam as a windshield shape and glue to the car as shown.
Step 16. Finish the car by painting designs with acrylic paint.
